Not if you haven't tried them on first, you want to make sure they fit perfect, happy feet make a happy snowboarder. Go to your local snowboard shop try on what you like and then try to find a good deal online.
But if you have already ridden a pair of boots from the same company then you will have a pretty good idea of how they size things.
It is kind of dumb, but a size 9 from one company will be different from another companies size 9.
