Snowboarding Videos
Watching snowboarding videos is awesome. It doesn't matter if it's summer time, winter time, if your sidelined from an injury or just getting psyched up to go out riding. Most videos show case the best of the best riders doing their thing in amazing locations.
Watching snowboard videos can help make you a better rider. If you are trying to land a new trick, watching someone else landed it is a great way to study his/her body movements. Things to pay attention to are where is the rider looking at during the trick, how does the rider use their arms, if it's a spin trick when does the rider start to pre-wind his/her shoulders and then when do they release them.
Videos also help make your personal style better. One of the worst things is when you are creatively uninspired. You keep taking run after run and you just don't come up with anything new to do. This is a really bad thing because you will start to get bored and frustrated. You need to get inspired, you need to check out some snowboarding videos.
Watching someone else do a cool trick will give you new ideas and will help develop your own personal style of riding. This is key in snowboarding, if you want to get better you need to create your own unique style of riding. Create your own flow and others will respect you.
This applies to beginners also, don't think that just because your a beginner you can't have your own style. The best advice for creating your own style is go with the flow and don't force anything.
Snowboarding Videos are one the best things to watch during the summer, or when your injured, or just can't make it to the mountain. There can be so many other distractions that will take your mind away from snowboarding if you can't go riding. You need videos to help keep that passion going strong. You will be amazed at how much better your riding will be if you have been focusing on snowboarding during your down time.
