Snowboarding
With Music
Going up on the hill by yourself can get a little boring sometimes, but if you have your music with you things are a lot different. Turn your music on and jib to your favorite song, also if you have friends with you, you can just turn the volume down and listen to your music and hear what they have to say at the same time. Or do the one ear piece on, one off. There are so many MP3 Players out right now that it is hard to find the perfect one. iPods are all over but are they really the best out there?? How much space do you need? Do you really need a video player too? Ask yourself what your needs really are. Small pockets? Lots of wipe outs? etc.
I have a 1st or 2nd generation 15GB iPod, it's like an antique now, it holds about 3,000 songs, do I really need that many songs? Probably not and things do get confusing and cold trying to find some songs... I usually make a snowboarding play list that will last from 6 to 8 hours. Then I just skip some songs if I'm not feeling them at the moment.
A friend of mine has a MP3 Player that holds about 50 songs, he seems to be happy with it, very small, the size of a lighter. He paid $30 for it. Price range from $400 to $20. Now a days anyone can afford a music player. Don't forget to scroll all the way down to check out some cool headphones made for snowboarders by snowboarders.
Hopefully these links can be of some help.
