Ultimate Snowboarding Workout

We have finally found the ultimate snowboarding workout. Working out is themost essential off mountain activity necessary for developing your skills as a rider. Let's face it going to the gym just sucks. Unless you are super motivated by the time you get to the gym you have lost your will to work out. The same thing also happens if you have a home gym, by the time you set it up your over it. If you are like me you get this sudden burst of motivation and just want to start working out right away with no equipment, well about 2 years ago I discovered this program. All I have to say is Coach Eddie Lomax is a genius. We use the two workout programs listed below all the time. Over the past 2 years we have reduced our injuries which increased the amount of time we spend riding and improved our riding by having a strong core.

    He teaches you how to use the "gym" that you were given, your own body, to strengthen your muscles. To improve your snowboarding you need a very strong core and that is exactly what his program will help you develop. We both have been using this program for the past two years and wow! it has totally gotten us into great snowboard shape. 

    Instead of getting back into snowboard shape a month into the season we have been ready since opening day.       The only equipment I don't mind using for a workout are a few small dumbbells. I have always used dumbbells in the past in my workouts but it wasn't until I discovered Superior Dumbbell Workout that I actually got the results I desired.
